WhatsApp codes are sent from the Siparix number and included in your plan (up to 2 messages per order). If you connect your own WhatsApp number (optional), Meta bills those messages to your own Meta account. Above the monthly limit the form keeps taking orders; automation and OTP pause until next month.

Does Siparix handle card payments?
No. Siparix only takes cash on delivery orders. Card payments go through your normal Shopify checkout.
Siparişler nerede görünür?
Her sipariş Shopify yönetim panelinizde normal bir sipariş olarak oluşur. Ödeme durumu teslimata kadar "beklemede" kalır.
Where do orders appear?
Every COD order is created as a regular order in your Shopify admin, with payment pending until it is delivered.
WhatsApp doğrulama nasıl çalışır?
Alıcıya WhatsApp'tan 6 haneli bir kod gelir. Sipariş vermeden önce bu kodu girer. Kod 5 dakika geçerlidir. Kodlar varsayılan olarak Siparix WhatsApp numarasından gönderilir ve bu mesajların ücreti planınıza dahildir.
How does WhatsApp verification work?
The buyer gets a 6-digit code on WhatsApp and enters it before placing the order. Codes expire after 5 minutes. By default codes are sent from the Siparix WhatsApp number and those message costs are included in your plan.

Which carriers are supported?

What happens when I reach my plan's monthly order limit?
The form keeps taking orders. Automatic shipping and WhatsApp verification pause until next month, unless you upgrade.
